Volume of a Conical Frustum

Volume = [(pi * h) / 3] * [r1² + r2² + (r1 * r2)]

Where:
h = height
r1 = radius of base
r2 = radius of top

A conical frustum is a cone whose top has been cut off (in a straight, even cut.) This means that its base is always larger than its top. The volume of a conical frustum is the total amount of space it takes up.

To use our calculator, enter the radius of the top of the shape, the radius of its base, and its height in their respective boxes and press "Find the Volume."

Happy volume-finding!
