Doppler Effect in Sound

The formula used for this calculator is:

F_L = F_S((v+v_l)/(v-v_s))

• F_L = Frequency the listener hears
• F_S = frequency produced by the source
• v = speed of sound
• v_l = speed of the listener (+ motion towards the source / - motion away from the source)
• v_s = (+ motion towards the listener / - motion away from the listener)
