This calculator converts any number (that's up to fifteen digits long with two numbers after the decimal) into the written form of the English language. This is useful when writing checks or when you forget if nine zeros means billion or trillion. Your answer will be the dollar value of the number you entered (in other words, every answer has the word "dollar(s)" and/or "cent(s)" after it.)

Make sure you don't put a dollar sign or a comma anywhere in the number you wish to be converted. This will provide you with a wrong answer or no answer at all.
