General Brahmagupta's Formula Help
This calculator uses Brahmagupta's Formula to solve the area of a quadrilaterial. This version of the formula requires the user to know the four side lengths and the angle measures between formed by points a and d and the points b and c. The formula used is:
Area = sqrt((s-a)(s-b)(s-c)(s-d) - abcd cos2[1/2(A+B)])Where:
- a = side length
- b = side length
- c = side length
- d = side length
- A = angle between points a and d
- B = angle between points b and c
- s = semiperimeter = (a+b+c+d)/2
