Employee Turnover Rate Help

This calculator uses the following equation:

Turnover (Percentage) = (Number of Separations * 100) / Average Number of Employees

To use this formula you only enter people that left because of the company, not any that left through attriion. Also the rate is for a period of time. You would need to use the same period for the average number of employees and for the number that left.
